About The Position

The Recruiting Manager supports lateral and law school recruiting efforts across the Firm by organizing and analyzing recruiting data, identifying legal market trends, and supporting strategic growth initiatives, particularly in targeted markets and practice areas. The role focuses on streamlining law school and lateral search processes and workflows to improve data collection, analytics, and reporting. The Manager also leads initiatives to improve the structure and organization of recruiting-system data, enabling tracking, analysis, and identification of trends that support informed, data-driven decision-making across the Firm.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
At least six years of experience in recruiting or market analysis within a law firm, other professional services, or agency environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a large law firm.
Knowledge of legal markets and industry practices.
Experience working with external recruiting agencies and understanding their role in the lateral hiring process.
Experience with legal intelligence tools such as Leopard Solutions, Firm Prospects, or Pirical; Monitor Suite; PitchBook; and other competitive intelligence software.
