About The Position

The District Manager is responsible for the growth and development of the assigned restaurant area, including territory in the Savannah and Atlanta markets. The role sets goals, leads and develops teams, and works to achieve financial objectives while maintaining food quality and service. The District Manager serves as a role model for company standards, values, and culture; proactively identifies and develops talent; supports restaurant teams; and maintains safety and security standards. This is a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of current restaurant district management experience in a fast-casual atmosphere, with responsibility for 6 or more locations.
Enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry and people.
Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Hands-on approach to hiring, training, and developing people.
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and restaurant operations.
