About The Position

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be a key driver of the property’s day-to-day operations, supporting the Property Manager in maintaining high standards of management and resident satisfaction. You will act as a champion for residents and team members, living our values by ensuring every interaction is respectful, intentional, and contributes to a thriving community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s, an Associate’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience required
  • 3+ years in property management, leasing, or related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid state issued driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations while modeling People Come First , ensuring residents feel valued and supported
  • Manage resident relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and empathetically
  • Support financial management including rent collection and accurate record-keeping, acting with purpose in all transactions
  • Assist with leasing responsibilities: showings, applications, move-ins/move-outs, and final unit walks, delivering a consistent and welcoming experience
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to maintain safe, functional, and well-presented homes ( Rooted in Sustainability )
  • Support marketing and retention initiatives to attract new residents and foster long-term community engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational and financial goals, cultivating and elevating team success and shared growth
