About The Position

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of a multi-family apartment community, ensuring the property meets or exceeds financial performance targets and ownership objectives. The role oversees daily property administration, marketing and leasing, asset preservation, and personnel management. The Property Manager leads the apartment community, builds trusting relationships through strong communication, and fosters a culture of adaptable, resilient performance, innovative thinking, and accountability.
