About The Position
Buckingham is seeking a Property Manager for The Cole who is committed to the success of others, communicates effectively, and builds trusting relationships. As a leader of the apartment community, the Property Manager fosters a culture of adaptable and resilient performers and serves as a pacesetter for innovative thinking and accountability. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of a multi-family apartment community, ensuring that the property meets or exceeds its financial performance targets and ownership objectives. The role oversees daily property administration, marketing and leasing, asset preservation, and personnel management.
