About The Position
AlediumHR is recruiting a Pricing & Contracts Analyst for a pharmaceutical company that repackages generic medications for government customers and for physicians who dispense medications directly from their offices. This is a fully onsite position in Glendale, moving to Chatsworth in January. Applicants must currently live in the greater Los Angeles area and be able to work onsite starting on their first day. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the employer does not offer employment sponsorship now or in the future. The analyst reports to the government business leadership team and prepares reports on pricing, products, contracts, and operations, presenting findings directly to the people who use them. The role involves verifying information, investigating discrepancies, determining business and customer impact, and recommending next steps before submissions. The annual salary is $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience. Employment is subject to a background check and drug screening.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in business, pricing, financial, operations, or data analysis, or a related role.
- Experience preparing reports, presenting findings to managers or business teams, and explaining recommended actions based on analysis.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, data analytics, life sciences, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data cleaning; ability to check information across sources and present results clearly.
- Ability to manage competing requests and deadlines, raise issues early, and follow through until they are resolved.
- Must currently live in the greater Los Angeles area and be able to work onsite in Glendale from the first day, then in Chatsworth after the office move in January.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not offered.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, pricing, or government contracting.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, ERP systems, or other reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing, product, contract, and operational data; verify underlying information, investigate changes and discrepancies, and explain their business impact.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers showing performance, upcoming deadlines, and outstanding issues.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and the teams responsible for follow-up.
- Track products from initial setup through contract submission and ongoing updates.
- Monitor pricing changes, product removals, and other actions that could affect a contract or customer.
- Reconcile information across spreadsheets, internal systems, and partner portals; work with data owners to correct discrepancies and confirm resolution.
- Partner with project management, operations, finance, sales, and leadership to understand their questions and prepare useful analyses.
- Keep analytical files, procedures, and supporting records organized and ready for review.
- Improve recurring reports and how teams share information.
