The Assistant Practice Manager is responsible for supporting the Practice Administrator in the smooth and efficient operation of designated POD within Georgia Urology. This role assists with the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated clinical care within the POD, fosters effective collaboration between locations, physicians, and other affiliated services to ensure an integrated approach to providing services and fulfilling objectives. The Assistant Practice Manager also assists with employment relations issues and decisions within the POD. They will work with the Practice Administrator, staff, and physicians to produce an excellent patient experience, help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve quality goals and objectives, and analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions. The position ensures compliance with office and clinical operations and models Georgia Urology’s Mission, Vision and Values. Other related duties incidental to the work described may be assigned or delegated by the Practice Administrator.
