About The Position

Requirements

• Labor experience is an asset but not required
• Reliable, steady work history, includes a good attendance record
• Must have the ability to follow standard safety procedures
• Positive attitude, ready to learn and a safety mindset
• Physically fit and able to stand for 8+ hour shifts, perform repetitive tasks and heavy lifting
• Must be able to work in moderate to warm environment
• Basic math skills and effectively read, write and communicate in English
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and regular random drug tests

Responsibilities

• Set up glue room for daily production needs
• Push out previous days production
• Apply glue to boards and move boards through the production line
• Inspect boards for proper glue application
• Lock up the beams with an air impact gun once glued
• Using torque wrench, manually lock up beam to the proper torque
• Communicate and work as a team during entire process
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Support other areas of the operations as needed
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and continuously be on your feet 90% of the time
