Machine Operator
About The Position
We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals for an entry-level Machine Operator/Assembly position in Frazeysburg, Ohio. This is an opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing; no previous manufacturing experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. The role involves loading and unloading parts from production machines, assisting with basic assembly tasks, and helping maintain quality and production standards in a safe work environment. Available shifts are 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM), 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), and 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM).
Requirements
- No prior manufacturing experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts from production machines.
