About The Position

Carlton Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a client in Pearland, Texas. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals. Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred; training is provided for qualified candidates.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Perform quality inspections and complete equipment setup checklists.
• Complete production, quality, and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Report product quality issues and equipment concerns promptly.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems before breakdowns occur.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Store tools, materials, and equipment in designated locations.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational needs.
