About The Position

W.B. Mason is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Forklift Operator for a full-time, first-shift warehouse role. The position supports the supply chain by unloading delivery trailers, verifying and sorting incoming stock, and placing products in designated storage areas. The operator reads customer orders, prepares materials for distribution, assists with inventory tracking, operates warehouse equipment, and helps maintain a clean and organized workspace. Training and certification are required before using each individual piece of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read invoices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal assembly directions.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must complete company-provided training and certification before operating each individual piece of MHE.
