About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Office Supply Delivery Driver to deliver workplace supplies to customers. The role follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule, with guaranteed eight hours of pay each day and no weekends or evenings. Drivers plan and carry out delivery routes, fulfill customer orders on time, place items according to customer specifications, and ensure the correct items are off-loaded at each stop. They build and maintain customer relationships, communicate issues to their supervisor promptly, and prioritize safety on the road.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical certificate.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to regularly lift and move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute delivery routes.
• Make timely deliveries and fulfill customer orders.
• Place items according to customer specifications and ensure the correct items are off-loaded at each stop.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Communicate issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.
• Prioritize safety on the road.
