About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time CDL Driver for furniture delivery. This first-shift role follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with guaranteed 8-hour days and daily overtime; nights and weekends are not required. The driver organizes efficient delivery routes, delivers, assembles, and installs furniture to customer specifications, and represents the company with professionalism and courtesy. The role also involves communicating with supervisors, addressing customer concerns, inspecting the vehicle before and after trips, and following safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid CDL, Class A or B.
• At least 1 year of CDL truck driving experience.
• Experience with basic furniture assembly.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize efficient delivery routes to support smooth operations and timely arrivals.
• Deliver, assemble, and install furniture according to customer specifications.
• Represent W.B. Mason professionally and courteously while providing efficient service.
• Address customer concerns and maintain open communication with supervisors.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
