About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commit to following safety protocols.
• Be comfortable operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Be flexible to work shifts and occasional extra hours when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Technical certification in industrial operations.
• Industrial gas experience.
• Experience operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Care for and steward production equipment, including compressors, pumps, filling stations, and forklifts.
• Conduct routine inspections and contribute to maintenance to keep equipment in good condition, escalating needs promptly.
• Support safe cylinder flow and transport, including cylinder filling and quality checks.
• Help maintain records of equipment maintenance, cylinder tracking, and production activities.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings and safety initiatives.
