About The Position

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on operator who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team.
• Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the store with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy.
• Ensuring the store is audit-ready.
• Executing catering, mobile, and in-store orders.
• Providing customers with an exceptional experience.
• Supporting and motivating the team.
• Assisting in all store positions during breakfast and lunch rushes.
• Managing breaks for the team.
• Generating good customer survey results.
• Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
• Taking daily deposits to the bank.
• Recruiting quality team members.
• Developing internal talent.
