About The Position
Are you someone who thrives in a fast -paced healthcare environment and enjoys helping both patients and staff succeed? We’re looking for a Medical Office Assistant to play an important role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. In this role, you’ll support daily clinic operations, assist staff, help maintain organization, and ensure patients receive outstanding service from check -in to check -out. If you’re organized, compassionate, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Medical Assistant, Healthcare Administrator, or similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well in a busy, team -oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Help keep clinic operations running efficiently and support smooth patient flow
- Welcome and assist patients in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
- Support staff onboarding and training to help maintain clinic standards
- Monitor and organize medical supplies and equipment inventory
- Maintain a clean, professional, and patient -friendly clinic environment
- Assist the healthcare team in meeting daily performance goals and operational standards
- Help solve problems quickly and contribute to a positive workplace culture
