About The Position

Levante Living is seeking a creative, organized, and people-focused Marketing Communications Coordinator to join their Sales and Marketing team. This virtual role involves bringing their retirement communities to life across various digital platforms including social media, email, and blog. The coordinator will also be responsible for creating marketing materials for individual residences. Occasional travel to residences across Ontario is required for content capture such as video production and photography. This position reports to the VP of Design and Brand Strategy and collaborates closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or marketing coordination
  • Very strong proficiency in Canva
  • Excellent writing skills with a warm, people-first tone
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InVideo, or comparable)
  • Comfort with AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
  • Familiarity with the creation and publishing of email campaign marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple residences and campaigns simultaneously
  • A reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle for periodic residence visits
  • Based in Ontario

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industries
  • Photography or videography experience
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Experience with Google Business Profile management

Responsibilities

  • Create, plan, schedule, and publish content across corporate and residence-level social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Coordinate with residence teams to gather photos, stories, and event highlights
  • Build and deploy email campaigns and newsletters for prospects, families, and team members
  • Draft and publish blog articles
  • Create event flyers, in-house signage, and residence collateral using Canva, working from new and established brand templates
  • Travel periodically to residences to capture authentic video and photo content
  • Edit short-form video for social media using tools like CapCut, InVideo, or similar
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and flag inquiries to the sales team
  • Track and maintain GBP across Levante residences
  • Track performance and report on monthly content and campaign results
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, vocabulary, and visual standards across all touchpoints
