Responsibilities

• Deliver customer experiences that encourage customer loyalty.
• Help drive location sales and performance goals; learn sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.
• Build customer relationships and identify solutions that meet customer needs.
• Learn the day-to-day operations of a high-volume rental location.
• Assist with fleet logistics, inventory management, and vehicle allocation.
• Help ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are met.
• Support vehicle preparation and quality standards.
• Assist with lot organization and inventory management, and help maintain a clean, professional, customer-ready location.
• Learn how financial decisions affect business performance.
• Support rental transactions and operational reporting.
• Gain exposure to business metrics and profitability drivers.
• Partner with Branch Managers and experienced leaders to develop coaching, scheduling, team leadership, and performance-management skills.
• Participate in structured training for future leadership roles.

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour.
