About The Position

The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people management. The position supports location sales goals and customer service excellence, with a defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. Wages are $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of location sales goals.
• Support customer service excellence.
• Participate in hands-on training in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people management.
