About The Position

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to oversee store employees and provide customer-service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Ability to support retention, employee development, and productivity.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use profit-and-loss information and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to manage cash handling and fuel transactions and promote a rewards loyalty program.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment, follow health and sanitation procedures, and keep products in stock.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency; Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• A valid driver’s license from the state of residence and automotive liability insurance maintained during employment.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store by following health and sanitation procedures and ensuring products are in stock.
