Maintenance Supervisor Jobs

Summit Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a community in the Kingwood Area (Houston)! This role involves conducting repairs on building exteriors, grounds, mechanical systems, and plumbing systems. The supervisor will establish and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, and turnover work. A key responsibility is implementing and following a preventive maintenance program and supervising all contract work to ensure quality. The role also ensures vacated apartments are ready for showing and renting, serves as an on-call emergency maintenance contact, and operates the property within the established budget, notifying the Community Manager of any expected variations. The supervisor will maintain an updated inventory of property tools, furniture, and accessories and attend trade association meetings and seminars when possible.
