About The Position
B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy part-time Janitorial Supervisor in Plantation, Florida. The role involves helping maintain a clean and safe workplace while ensuring cleaning work meets company quality standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic technology skills, including using a smartphone, navigating the internet and email, and submitting reports online.
- Complete a background check, drug test, and E-Verify process.
- Ready to learn, grow, and succeed within the company.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in management or leadership and cleaning.
- Carpet, floor, or window cleaning experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform vacuuming duties.
- Oversee and direct cleaning staff to ensure assigned areas are cleaned properly and meet company quality standards.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Complete trainings provided by the corporate office.
