About The Position
We're growing and hiring now - join our team and start making Wednesdays like this one: Picture this: it's a Wednesday morning and you're leading a dozen toddlers through an obstacle course while their parents cheer from the sides. One kid who was too nervous to try last week just nailed the balance beam. That moment is your job. If that sounds like your kind of day, we want to meet you. We're hiring coaches to lead classes, birthday parties, and camps for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years at My Gym Fairfield.
Requirements
- Genuinely love being around kids and families
- Can lead a group and keep energy high for an entire class
- Dependable - families count on seeing a familiar face
- Thrive in a team environment
- Great for childcare professionals, nannies, daycare and preschool staff, and anyone with experience in coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater.
Nice To Haves
- Prior My Gym experience isn't required.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured fitness and movement classes - obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music - for kids at different developmental stages.
- Run birthday parties and camps.
- Build genuine relationships with families.
- Occasionally support tours and the front desk.
