About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring Low Voltage Technician Instructors for its Electrical and Electronic Systems program in Levittown, Pennsylvania. Instructors deliver practical, hands-on training in a fully equipped facility and teach Lincoln Tech’s accredited curriculum. They emphasize safety procedures and industry regulations, support students’ professionalism and continued development, assess and communicate student progress, and prepare students with the skills and knowledge needed for careers in the electrical and electronics systems industry. Teaching experience is not required; Lincoln Tech supports industry experts transitioning into teaching roles. The role offers a four-day work week.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in the residential, commercial, or industrial electric industry.
Experience installing and servicing electrical equipment.
Understanding of single-phase and three-phase systems.
Knowledge of electrical codes.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Teaching experience.
Knowledge of motor controls, lighting controls, or solar.

Responsibilities

Deliver practical, hands-on instruction in Electrical and Electronics Systems using the facility’s equipment.
Teach the Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum and support students’ understanding of electrical systems.
