About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring a part-time evening HVAC Technician Instructor in Mahwah, New Jersey. The instructor will teach HVAC technologies using an accredited curriculum and provide theoretical and hands-on training in a well-equipped facility. The role includes creating an engaging learning environment, monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and preparing students for certification exams and HVAC careers. The instructor will collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness and stay current with HVAC technologies and practices. The position offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends and is part of an established HVAC program at a career-training institution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities
