About The Position
Lincoln Tech is hiring an HVAC Technician Instructor for its new campus in Rowlett, Texas. The instructor will educate and mentor students in the HVAC program, providing theoretical instruction and hands-on training in a well-equipped, climate-controlled facility. The role prepares students for HVAC careers and certification exams using an accredited curriculum and industry-standard equipment. The instructor will monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HVAC Technician experience within the last 10 years.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Teach HVAC technologies following the accredited curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on training in the fully equipped facility.
- Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
