About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking an HVAC Technician Instructor to educate and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals at its Hicksville, New York facility. The instructor will provide theoretical and hands-on training using an accredited curriculum and industry-standard equipment, preparing students for certification exams and careers in the HVAC industry. The role is part of an established program with a track record of graduate success. The position offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies following the accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in the fully equipped facility.
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness.
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers.
