About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring an HVAC Technician Instructor in Union, New Jersey, to teach and mentor students preparing for careers in the HVAC industry. The instructor will provide theoretical instruction and hands-on training in a well-equipped, climate-controlled facility, following the program’s accredited curriculum and preparing students for certification exams and employment. The role offers either a part-time evening schedule, Monday through Thursday from 6:15 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., or a part-time weekend schedule, Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The posting advertises a $1,500 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms of Lincoln Tech’s Employee Sign-on Bonus Agreement; staffing agency candidates are not eligible. Requirements

• At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
