About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring an HVAC Technician Instructor for its established HVAC program in Denver, Colorado. The instructor will educate and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals by providing theoretical instruction and hands-on training in a well-equipped, climate-controlled facility. The role uses an accredited curriculum and prepares students for certification exams and careers in the HVAC industry. The position offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC technologies following the accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
