About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking an HVAC Technician Instructor to teach and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals at its Indianapolis, Indiana program. The instructor will deliver theoretical and hands-on training in a well-equipped, climate-controlled facility, following the accredited curriculum and preparing students for certification exams and HVAC careers. The role includes monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, keeping instruction current with industry practices, and collaborating with faculty to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC technologies according to the accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in the facility.
