About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to teach in its Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience is required; the company helps technicians transition into educator roles. Instructors teach and provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility, deliver Lincoln Tech accredited curriculum, and support students as they develop the skills and professionalism needed for careers in automotive technology.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Automotive Technician experience.
• Former or current ASE certifications, with G1 and A6 required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Great communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Teach Automotive Technology and provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Facilitate and deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum effectively.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate it to students.
• Teach students about safety and compliance.
• Prepare students for careers in Automotive Technology.
