Automotive Technician Instructor
About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to teach in its Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience is required; the organization supports technicians transitioning into educator roles. Instructors teach and provide hands-on training in a fully equipped, climate-controlled facility using industry-standard equipment and deliver Lincoln Tech’s accredited curriculum. They support students’ professional growth and prepare them for careers in Automotive Technology. Part-time, full-time, and substitute positions are available. The posting also describes a four-day work week with three-day weekends and flexible schedules.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Automotive Technician experience.
- Former or current ASE certifications; G1 and A6 are required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology.
