About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to teach in its Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience is required; the institution supports technicians as they transition into educator roles. Instructors teach and provide hands-on training in a fully equipped, climate-controlled facility, deliver Lincoln Tech-accredited curriculum, and help students prepare for careers in Automotive Technology. Part-time, full-time, and substitute positions are available.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Automotive Technician experience.
- Former or current ASE certifications; G1 and A6 are required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Great communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities
- Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology in a fully equipped facility.
- Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech-accredited course curriculum.
- Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
- Evaluate and communicate student progress.
- Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.
- Prepare students for successful careers in Automotive Technology.
