About The Position
MobileOne is a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer seeking a Retail Sales Representative to proactively engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role is performance-driven, with monthly goals, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance into leadership. The advertised earning potential is $42.17ā$48.32 per hour, with uncapped commission. New representatives may receive a $700 ramp-up bonus and a guaranteed minimum 10% commission to help them get started. Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
