About The Position
Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at a Tucson Costco. Representatives serve as brand ambassadors, demonstrating product features, benefits, and value and encouraging sales of products including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric. The role involves interacting with Costco members, providing customer service, and working independently at the location. The starting pay is $23–$24 per hour, with additional commission based on surpassing sales quotas. The posting states that average brand ambassadors make $200–$300 per day and top brand ambassadors make more than $500 per day. The company provides a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit. Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to lift and carry a 2-by-4-foot folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds between the parking lot and store, and back to the car.
- Ability to carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from the car.
- Ability to stand for seven hours.

Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands supplied by vendors.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value and encourage sales.
- Present oneself and the company competently and professionally at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
- Work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
