23-24/hr to start + BONUS - Henderson Costco great sales rep needed
About The Position
Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative to serve as a brand ambassador for Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the Henderson Costco. Representatives demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value of products including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products, while encouraging sales and helping Costco members. Demo hours are listed as 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with shifts described elsewhere as 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. All days are available, and weekends are identified as the strongest commission days. Starting compensation is $23–$24 per hour plus commission for exceeding sales quotas. The role is W-2 employment, with a promotional kit and biweekly direct-deposit pay. Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to lift and carry a 2-foot-by-4-foot folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds, as well as products and demonstration materials.
- Ability to stand for seven hours.
- Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls.

Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
- Demonstrate products and communicate their features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
- Represent the company competently and professionally at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
- Work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
- Carry a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store.
