About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring a Sales Representative to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the Chandler Costco. Representatives act as brand ambassadors, demonstrate product features and benefits, encourage sales, and provide customer service to Costco members. Products include Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products. The role is paid hourly starting at $23–$24, with commission based on exceeding sales quotas. The posting describes W-2 employment, a promotional kit, and biweekly pay by direct deposit. Demo hours are listed as 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; shifts are also described as starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. All days are available, and weekends are noted as the best commission days.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds.
Ability to stand for seven hours.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
Represent the company competently and professionally at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Transport a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store at the beginning and end of shifts.
