About The Position
The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is currently seeking a friendly, outgoing, individual to join our Front Desk team! Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Efficiently register and check out to all guests.
- Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures.
- Displays high-level competency in the property management systems.
- Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
- Follows the proper work environment procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be stationery for up to 8 hours.
- Must have the ability to move/transport up to 25 lbs.
- Provides excellent concierge services to guests
- Answers all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
