The Food & Beverage Manager assists department head in oversight of the activities of the food and beverage departments. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, coaches, schedules, and manages staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and managing budgets.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and crafting enriching experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing recruitment, staff scheduling, and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service
  • Facilitating superior guest experiences, including addressing customer complaints
