About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design floral arrangements based on customers’ ideas and needs.
• Apply knowledge of floral seasonality, perishability, and care requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays.
• Replenish inventory and manage floral supplies.
• Lift and move floral products and supplies, sometimes up to 40 pounds.
• Engage with customers, identify their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Use floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
