About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ ideas for celebrations, romance, and remembrance to life. You use knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements to produce attractive arrangements. The role also involves maintaining clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenishing inventory, and placing floral materials and supplies neatly. You may lift and move floral products and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds, and use helium tanks and other floral tools. You engage with customers to understand their needs and work with fellow associates to provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with fellow associates.
