About The Position
The Branch Manager oversees branch activities and is accountable for the member experience, operational integrity, branch efficiency, and sales activities, in order to identify and support the needs of our membership and branch growth objectives. This position is responsible for developing long lasting relationships with personal and business members, member satisfaction, deepening member relationships, retention, and loan and deposit growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the branch budget and business plan to maximize branch revenue and profitability, while delivering a one of a kind experience to our members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years related work experience.
- Minimum of two years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior Salesforce CRM experience.
- Prior sales management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking or Creole-speaking.
- Notary Public.
