About The Position

Requirements

• At least 5 years of prior experience.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail; accuracy in data and collateral is central to the role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator.
• Experience with Buildout, CoStar/LoopNet, Crexi, or other commercial real estate listing platforms.
• Experience with Constant Contact or a similar email marketing platform.
• Familiarity with business social media management for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience building and maintaining websites with a CMS or website builder such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix, plus basic SEO knowledge.
• Interest in commercial real estate and the business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage new listing submissions and enter property data into the Buildout listing database.
• Coordinate publication of listings on CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and ReSimplifi (CPIX), and keep listing data accurate and current across platforms.
• Ensure property marketing flyers and eblasts are accurate and follow graphic standards; execute changes to flyers, aerials, and site plans.
• Assist with compiling service line proposals, Brokerage leasing proposals, and BOVs.
• Manage signage orders for listed properties and liaise with signage vendors regarding installation, changes, and removal.
• Execute digital marketing for property listings and build and schedule email campaigns in Constant Contact.
• Maintain an accurate email contact list, updating it as needed from CoStar and local firms.
• Assist with posting corporate and property-related content to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage regular updates to website and marketing content across corporate and affiliate websites, including Farbman.com and Huntington Construction.
• Maintain websites for managed properties and retail centers, keeping listings, images, news, and event content current.
• Create websites for managed properties and affiliated companies as needed, from layout and design through launch.
• Compose and post web content, including news center articles, images, and event updates.
• Support web lead generation through SEO best practices, accurate data entry, and integration with listing and email platforms.
