About The Position

US Fertility is hiring a Fertility RN Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in Stony Point, Virginia. The role supports fertility patients through coordination, case management, and treatment, with an emphasis on compassionate care and collaboration with clinical teams. Training will be provided for fertility-specific responsibilities.

The schedule is every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Holidays that fall on an assigned weekend are required. Compensation is $38 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Experience working with electronic medical records.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
• High level of customer service.
• Must be a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

• IVF or fertility experience.
• Background in women's health.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Provide counseling to patients and couples.
• Educate patients about procedures and how to administer injections.
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
