About The Position

US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC. The role supports the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients, including patient counseling and education, treatment scheduling, and coordination of treatment plans according to established clinical protocols. The coordinator also provides emotional and psychological support to patients and their families in a compassionate care environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with 3 to 4 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year. Compensation is $78,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Requirements

Valid RN license.
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
Experience working with electronic medical records.
High level of customer service.
Ability to work as a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

IVF or fertility experience.
Background in women's health.
Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities
