About The Position

US Fertility is hiring a Fertility RN Coordinator for Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC. The role supports fertility patients through treatment coordination, case management, education, counseling, and emotional support. The coordinator works with patients and couples, schedules treatment following initial and follow-up visits, and coordinates treatment plans in accordance with established clinical protocols. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have IVF or fertility experience. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with 3 to 4 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year. Compensation is $78,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The role is described as hybrid.

Requirements

Valid RN license.
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
Experience working with electronic medical records.
High level of customer service and ability to work as a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

IVF or fertility experience; training will be provided.
Background in women's health.
Bilingual Spanish.
