About The Position
US Fertility has an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford, Pennsylvania. The role coordinates fertility patient care and treatment, provides counseling and education, and supports patients and their families throughout the treatment process. Training will be provided. The position offers a hybrid schedule of two days per week after the employee is fully trained and passes a chart review.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- Experience working with electronic medical records.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
- High level of customer service and ability to work as a self-starter.
Nice To Haves
- IVF or fertility experience and a background in women's health.
- Bilingual Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
- Provide counseling to patients and couples.
- Educate patients about procedures and how to administer injections.
- Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
