About The Position

US Fertility is hiring a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford, Pennsylvania. The role supports fertility patients through treatment coordination, case management, education, and compassionate care. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. After completing training and passing a chart review, the position is hybrid two days per week. Training will be provided for fertility-specific work.

The coordinator works with patients and couples and collaborates with colleagues to coordinate treatment plans according to established clinical protocols. The role also involves providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
• Experience working with electronic medical records.
• High level of customer service.
• Ability to work as a self-starter.

• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
