About The Position

SERVPRO of Panthersville is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to estimate the work needed based on incoming customer calls and schedule appropriate restoration teams to customer locations. The role coordinates with management, maintains scheduling software, handles data entry and routine communications, and collaborates with other departments. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience.
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams for incoming leads and projects in coordination with the management team.
  • Review and maintain scheduling software to ensure appropriate team routing.
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
  • Receive calls about past services, current-project follow-ups, general business inquiries, and other routine communications.
  • Collaborate with and assist other departments as needed.
  • Estimate the work needed based on incoming customer calls and dispatch it to appropriate franchise teams.
