About The Position
The Teller/CSR position at the Staunton offices is responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments in a professional and courteous manner according to established guidelines. This role also involves opening new accounts, providing service and performing maintenance on existing accounts, assisting with safe deposit box entries, answering customer inquiries (both internal and external), and directing calls. Additionally, the Teller/CSR will cross-sell products, resolve customer concerns, and be attentive to customer needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills
- Attentive to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approach
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multi-task situations
- Cash handling experience
